Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Students have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time without incurring any charges.
- To cancel or reschedule a session, students must use the appropriate functionality on our website or contact our support team.
Refunds:
- If a student is unsatisfied with our tutoring service following a lesson, we encourage them to get in touch with us promptly to address their concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues and improving the learning experience.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the session in question.
- Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already been delivered.
- Sessions that have been canceled or rescheduled in accordance with our policy are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 30 business days to reflect in the student’s account.
