Welcome to OETprep! Before you proceed to use our website and services, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our website and booking lessons with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Overview

OETprep provides occupational English lessons via remote and in-person formats. Our goal is to help students improve their English language skills, specifically tailored to the medical field. While we strive to offer high-quality education and support, we cannot guarantee that all candidates will pass any specific examination.

2. Liability and Loss of Earnings

We do our best to prepare students for their exams, but the outcome ultimately depends on various factors, including the student’s dedication and effort. Therefore, OETprep will not be held liable for any loss of earnings, career prospects, or any other direct or indirect damages resulting from a student’s failure to pass an exam.

3. Payment and Booking

Payment for lessons must be made in advance through our secure online booking service. We accept various payment methods, and the availability of lessons is subject to the payment being successfully processed.

4. Lesson Booking and Cancellation

  1. Students can book lessons through our website’s booking system. Lessons must be booked at least 12 hours in advance of the desired lesson time.
  2. If a student wishes to cancel a lesson or change the time slot, they must do so with at least 12 hours’ notice before the lesson’s scheduled start time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the student being ineligible for a refund.
  3. If OETprep needs to cancel a lesson for any reason, students will be offered a new time slot that is mutually convenient or will be given a full refund of the lesson fee.
  4. In situations where the company needs to reschedule a lesson, the student may be assigned a different tutor than the one initially requested, based on tutor availability.

5. Agreement

By using our services, the student agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the student and OETprep.

6. Changes to Terms

OETprep reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website, and it is the student’s responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.

7. Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of personal information provided by users of our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
